Cost

It will cost nothing out of pocket.  We charge a commission based on the size of the sale, how much work will be involved to prepare and run the sale.  Commission is negotiated between owner and agent.  Other then the commission, the owners only other expense is the advertising.  We are unique in the fact that Hitchin' Post Estate Liquidator's accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Debit Cards.  This is very important in Maximizing your profits.
